    I received my B.S. degree in Biochemistry from Yonsei University, Korea. I worked for my Ph.D. degree under the mentorship of Professor Natalie Ahn at the University of Colorado, Boulder. My thesis project focused on understanding the regulation of MAP kinase using Hydrogen exchange and Mass spectrometry (HX-MS). 

    My research focuses on understanding of regulation of dynamic interactions between mitochondrial Hsp70, Ssc1, Tim44, and Pam16/18 in protein import across the mitochondrial inner membrane.
