I presently serve as a consultant for seven national and international firms on the production and use of cell-free translation systems; protein expression with viral IRESes; development and assay of recombinant vaccines; identification of anti-picornaviral drugs aimed at specific viral proteases;  computer based-methods of sequence analysis, and topological assessments of RNA folding patterns.
